Erica Balin is a Principal of Lee & Associates – LA North/Ventura, Inc. specializing in the North Los Angeles and Ventura County markets for over 20 years. Her expertise includes sales and leasing of industrial properties, as well as land disposition and development. Erica has successfully brokered deals in excess of 17,000,000 square feet valued at close to $1 Billion, since beginning her career in 2003.

CAREER HISTORY/ PROFESSIONAL RECOGNITION
Since 2003, Erica has been instrumental in catering to a diverse range of clientele, utilizing her sub-specialty ability in aiding startups to navigate their current real estate needs while strategically preparing them for future expansion. Early in her career at Lee, Erica was honored Rookie of the Year and Associate of the Year for successfully transacting 600,000 square feet, valued at nearly $48,000,000 in her first year. Erica currently serves on the Board of Directors for Lee & Associates – LA North/Ventura and has been appointed Managing Director of the Westlake Village office. She has been inducted into the President’s Circle of Excellence multiple years and has ranked amongst the company’s Top 10 Producers from 2020-2023. Included in her accolades are being recognized by GlobeSt as CRE’s 2023 Women of Influence for Tenant Representation as well as receiving the Los Angeles Times CRE Visionary award. Erica has been recognized among the ”Best Brokers” in San Fernando Valley Business Journal’s Commercial Real Estate Awards on numerous occasions and is a CoStar “Power Broker”.
